In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the items in your order, you have the following three options:

  • Exchange it for something different
  • Return your item back to us
  • Keep it and style it out anyway. You probably got it a lot cheaper than you would have on another site anyway right? If it’s the wrong size then you make it fit, we didn’t think we were selling to a bunch of quitters. Remember it’s the man that makes the clothes, not the other way around.


Don’t fret if you aren’t 110% happy with your order, we have hundreds of other items for you to exchange it for, either from here or our ASOS boutique –

Drop us an email via the with your name, order number, and a URL link ( to the new piece you would like to exchange yours for, we will take the item off sale until we receive your first order back and then ship your new order out to you the same day.

  • We will only hold an item for up to 14 days after the initial order was placed
  • The new replacement item must be of the same or less value as the item being exchanged
  • If you wish to swap for something of a higher value we will require additional payment to proceed with the exchange


Wow, didn’t think you’d do us like that. But if you wanna go there then we can.

In the event of a product not being sufficient please contact us via page with your name, order number and reason for return.

We accept returns as long as:

  • We receive the item/s back no later than 14 days after the initial purchase
  • All items are in the same condition as when they were shipped out
  • The purchaser must have a genuine reason why it is being returned (“I don’t like how it looks on” will not cut the mustard)


  • Refunds will be for the full cost of the order minus any postage charges (customer covers all postage)
  • Returns for incorrect sizes are not prohibited as all sizes are clearly stated
