They’re also pretty decent for cutting birthday cakes and unlocking doors.

FAQs

Gift Card Redemption

Your gift card can only be redeemed in their purchased currency value. This means a gift card purchased in UK pounds can be used in any of our UK open days and pop-up events, as well as on our UK website.
***Gift cards purchased in Euros can be used in any of our European stores (including Dublin) and on all Rick’s Retro European websites that operate in Euros.
You can work your way through the gift card with as many transactions as the balance allows and it's possible to use our gift cards in combination with a credit/debit card or cash payment, should payment exceed your gift card balance.

What If I’ve Lost My Gift Card?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund gift cards that have been lost or stolen.

Can I Return Items Purchased With a Gift Card?

If orders purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund is not applied to the original gift card, but instead a new gift card. This will be issued to the email address linked to the account used to make an online purchase.
