Exchanges & Returns

Wow, didn’t think you’d do us like that. But if you wanna go there then we can..

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the items in your order, you can either exchange it for something new on our store or be issued with a refund.

We accept returns as long as we receive your items back no later than 14 days after delivery & they are in the same condition as when they were shipped out.

Please note, your return options cannot be changed after these 14 days. If you have requested an exchange or a voucher code, we cannot then refund these options.

If you choose to exchange your item for something new please include the new items URL link (e.g. within your message so that we can take it off the site for you. Once we receive your initial order back we will dispatch your replacement item the next working day.

Refunds are for the full cost of the order minus any postage charges (customer covers all postage/duty)
