What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Klarna and almost all credit/debit cards.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. If you pay for express before 3pm, it will be sent the same day. This doesn't include bank holidays and weekends though!

Can I cancel/change my order once I've placed it?

Yep, if you want to cancel or change your order, head over to our Contact Us page to get started.

There's a problem with my order, what should I do?

Drop us a line on our Contact Us page and we can take a look for you.

Do you do discounts on bundles?

Sometimes, get in touch via our Contact Us page and include URL links to all the products and we'll get back to you.
