What happens if I don't pay the duty fee or refuse delivery?

If duty fees are not paid or delivery is refused, any postage fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

How are orders shipped, and what are the delivery times?

Orders may be shipped via Royal Mail, transferring to local postal services in the destination country. Delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

What should I do if there are issues with my parcel upon delivery?

Report any delivery or damage issues within 14 days of dispatch. Provide evidence, such as clear images of damage, packaging, and shipping labels. Issues reported after this period won't be investigated or refunded.

Who is responsible for an incorrect address, and what happens if my parcel is lost due to this?

You are responsible for covering postage costs for an incorrect address. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, a refund won't be possible.

Can international orders be marked as gifts to avoid fees?

No, marking international orders as gifts is not allowed, as it constitutes fraud and goes against our ethical and legal policies.

What if I refuse a delivery? Can it be reshipped, and what are the costs?

You can pay to have a refused delivery reshipped, or you can opt for a refund, minus any shipping fees incurred to return the order.
